Tom is CEO of Arc Motor Company, bringing extensive experience as an Electrical Engineer from leading companies like Westinghouse, Rolls Royce, and Toyota. With a deep passion for sustainability and innovation, he leads the development of Arc’s electric classic vehicles and new micro mobility cargo platforms. Tom’s technical expertise and commitment to advancing EV technology are central to Arc’s mission to blend the nostalgia of classic cars with the future of sustainable transportation.

Sloane is the Founder and COO of Arc Motor Company, with 15 years of experience in business strategy and product marketing, including nearly a decade at Microsoft. She combines her tech background and passion for sustainability to lead Arc’s vision of redefining mobility
