She combines her tech background and passion for sustainability to lead Arc's vision of revolutionizing classic car electrification. Under her leadership, Arc is transforming iconic vehicles into powerful, green, and scalable electric classics, blending timeless design with modern innovation.
TOM CHEP | CTO
Tom is CTO of Arc Motor Company, bringing extensive experience as an Electrical Engineer from leading companies like Westinghouse, Rolls Royce, and Toyota. With a deep passion for sustainability and innovation, he is spearheading the development of the Arc Electric Bronco and more. Tom’s technical expertise and commitment to advancing EV technology are driving Arc’s mission to bridge the nostalgia of classic cars with the future of sustainable transportation.
